DBB Contracting LLC is looking for experienced QA/QC Engineers with a background in commercial and residential building projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement QA/QC plans, policies, and procedures for projects.
Conduct inspections and audits to ensure adherence to approved specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve quality-related issues effectively.
Review and approve materials and equipment to confirm they meet project requirements.
Monitor construction activities and verify compliance with local and international standards.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of inspections, quality tests, and reports.
Identify non-conformances and lead corrective and preventive action processes.
Facilitate quality meetings, providing training and guidance to team members on QA/QC procedures.
Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project quality objectives.
Stay updated on relevant codes, standards, and practices within the construction industry.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is a must.
Certifications in QA/QC practices (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, or equivalent) are a plus.
Minimum of 5 years experience in QA/QC roles for commercial and residential building projects.
Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and practices.
Excellent analytical and
