What You Will Do
- 根据产品图纸及SIP检验规范要求执行尺寸检验工作；
- 使用TM、QV等测量设备完成产品尺寸测量及结果确认；
- 按计划参加OGP、CMM等高精度测量设备培训，并逐步承担相关测量任务；
- 对测量数据进行整理、分析和汇总，并及时上传至EQC检验系统；
- 对异常尺寸进行确认、反馈及跟踪处理；
- 与生产、工程等相关部门进行尺寸异常及日常质量事务沟通；
- 配合完成质量改善项目及部门安排的其他工作。
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 高中、中专及以上学历
- 具有塑胶产品和冲压产品制造或质量相关工作经验；
- 熟悉常见外观缺陷的识别、判定及质量标准；
- 具备基本的尺寸测量知识，了解相关测量设备和检验方法。
