该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责: 1.参与FMEA和过程开发,主导制定产品控制计划,协助新项目样件制作 Involve in FMEA and process development, lead Production Control Plan development, support sample build during new project development. 2.主导过程质量控制开发,新项目及量产阶段的过程尺寸改进 Lead on in-process quality control process development and continuous improvements during new project development and mass production period. 3.主导监控和改善过程一次不良率,质量成本以及报废率的降低,以及问题解决的改善项目 Lead in-process quality monitoring and improvement through FTQ improvement, Quality Cost and Scrap reduction, problem solving project etc. and take actions for continuous improvements on in-process quality metrics. 4.协调控制,校验过程,以及检验工装及测量设备的使用方法; Coordinate the control, calibration and usage of inspection gauges and measuring equipment’s. 5.主导不合格品控制流程及不良品处理,并且主导返工、拆解过程的控制(若适用); Leading Non-conformity management and handling; and lead on rework/disassembly process management if applicable. 6.主导与过程相关的客户,内部以及供应商的改善及预防对策跟踪 Lead and monitoring in-process relevant customer, internal and supplier corrective and preventive actions. 7.主导生产过程中的内部经验教训及水平展开 Lead manufacturing process lesson learned & read across internally. 8.协助内外部质量系统,过程及产品审核 Coordinate internal and external system, process & product audits. 9.培训并提升员工对质量要求,质量意识以及过程控制点的理解 Train and promote employees on quality requirement and awareness, in-process controls. 10.能够完成领导交代的其他任何 To complete the task that given by leader. 11.遵守公司EHS规定,涉及健康、安全和环境的潜在风险、事件需要立即主动报告直线主管。 Comply with ZF EHS rules, and actively report health, safety, and environmental potential risk/accidents/incidents immediately to the supervisor of the affected area. 岗位要求: 1. 3-5 年(或以上)制造型企业质量工作经验 3-5 or more years manufacturing industry quality working experience. 2. 熟练掌握质量相关工具,如FMEA, MSA, APQP, SPC, PPAP, 3X5Why, 8D, 过程审核. Experienced in quality-related tools such as FMEA, MSA, APQP, SPC, PPAP, 3X5Why, 8D, Process audit. 3. 有汽车零部件行业机构件组装经验优先考虑 Experienced background in mechanical assembly in an automotive industry is an added advantage.
