该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities：

Audit and assessment:
To follow all audit and assessment procedures.
To perform the audit and assessment professionally.
To follow up the audit and assessment.
To have good audit skills, expression, language, coordination. 2. *** sample and proto products homologation according to Nordex procedures / AQPQ4Wind:
To follow the *** Sample and Prototype procedures.
To feedback and solve the issues on time.
To update the homologation track on time.
To cooperate with Global SQA, sourcing, engineering well.
Daily work:
Randomly check (MPP & PQP, ITP, supplier’s WI, or process) implementation in Serial Production.
Randomly check the test results if needed (3rd party, and own tests).
Randomly check the documents and uploading.
SDR / NCR / issue list / Incident report / meeting MoM follow up.
Involve batch or critical quality issues shooting earlier and push.
Supplier evaluation:
NCR KPI.
Critical issues.
Special cases follow up.
SQA responsible for supplier selection and qualification process.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, with good relevant manufacturing experience and at least 10 years in Quality Management System.
With composite material engineering background.
Good experience in quality management system, ISO 9001.
Good understanding and implementation of PPAP / APQP(4Wind), 8D, RCA.
Good English speaking, writing.
Convincing manner and excellent communication skills towards internal and external.
Good and at least 10 years’ experience in:
Good background and experience for at least one of below: resin, carbon / glass fiber, or other blade materials. ii. Know the manufacturing process of above materials. iii. Good knowledge of general and critical control points for above materials.
Good understanding and working under cross-culture background or experience.
