该职位来源于猎聘 This role is fully focused on the quality of Polestar products. It is to assure that Polestar have the right focus to immediately identify any potential quality defect. Listen to our customers by monitoring all possible sources of information. Identify, emphasize and address solutions from the development teams and monitor the released solutions for verification.
Accountability & Deliverables
Identify any potential quality defect by using all possible sources of information.
Secure correct attention in order to get fast solutions
Ensure short-term and long-term solutions to improve customer satisfaction
Ensure actions are in place to deliver targets
Develop an efficient way of working within your area of responsibility
Report to Polestar management with status, proactively identify risks and enable action plans to secure deliveries.
Competences
M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering or other relevant education
Relevant experience of Quality or R&D experience from the automotive industry
Excellent communication and coordinating skills
Fluent in English, Chinese is meritorious
Experience in Excel, Power Bi, Qlik, Power Point and JIRA
