该职位来源于猎聘 Mission Ensure a competent & committed supplier base for PC Nanjing and beneficial to all divisions. The supplier base should serve our supply chain and product development to meet our targets according to our strategy and plans. Continuously improving supplier quality performance to ensure supplier provide good quality products. Collaborate with suppliers to quick response the qua production and filed quality issues on time

Specific Areas of Responsibility 1 Supplier quality engineer is overall responsible for supplier quality management: from production assembly to testing, to audit, and to supplier quality field performance 2 Focus on preventative activity in supplier side and manage right & stable supplier quality result, to achieve supplier quality best operational and field performance 3 Annual supplier audit:

3.1 Lead ‘Epiroc Process Audit’ Or “Core Competence Audit”, Full Audit Should Be Supported By Sourcing Engineer. 3.2 Register The Audit Result Into SCP(supplier Collaboration Portal) And M3 After Audit And Follow Up The Actions Plan. 4 Initial Sample Management

4.1 Be responsible for initial sample quality verification at supplier site basing on drawing, specification and other Epiroc requirements per initial sample process 4.2 Work out quality control documents based on the Epiroc requirements according to SPA (Sourcing Parts Approval) process requirements 5 Mass production quality management: 5.1 Monitor supplier quality data & performance by use of ‘Supplier Collaboration Portal’ periodically 5.2 Monitor supplier side Epiroc components quality influence factors (5M1H) status periodically 5.3 Handle the claims from IQC and customer site, and apply concession approval if need 5.4 Lead supplier side RCA by using quality tools (like 8D, CAR etc.) according to the severity of the issue 5.5 Lead SQDP (Supplier Quality Development Process) for the supplier which can't reach QPI target 5.6 Drive preventive actions to achieve supplier right & stable quality performance in Epiroc production and in customer field. 6 Continuous improvement:

6.1 Identify the improvement opportunity based on full understanding of the supplier's production processes and key control points, or react on defects findings 6.2 Initiate and implement continuous quality improvement activities per opportunity finding at supplier side 7 Others 7.1 Work with interface functions to handle supplier quality related issues from other departments. Hiring Qualification Education: University graduate or above, majored in mechanical engineering, or related technical area Skills / Knowledge / Experience: 1. 3~5 years working experience or more in supplier quality engineer or quality related area. Experienced in production / production technique

• Technical background in Powertrain/Electric or Hydraulic, construction machinery industry or equal industry should be better.
• Knowledge of quality management system (ISO 9000 / IATF16949)
• Good problem-solving skill, good practice on quality tools like 8D, 5 WHY and continue improvement
• Ability to solve problems in a structured manner
• Good technical and analytic skills with extensive experience in supplier manufacturing process
• Have a strong drive, leadership and ability to develop and improve the supplier base
• Good execution, positive attitude, resolute and high drive for results
• Good communication (verbal and written) and social skills 使命 确保为南京PC（生产中心）建立一支有能力且忠诚的供应商基础，并使所有事业部受益。该供应商基础应服务于我们的供应链和产品开发，以根据我们的战略和计划达成各项指标。 持续提升供应商质量表现，确保供应商提供优质的产品。 与供应商协作，快速响应生产及现场质量问题的及时处理。 具体职责领域 1 供应商质量工程师全面负责供应商质量管理：从生产装配到测试，到审核，再到供应商质量现场表现。 2 关注供应商端的预防性活动，管理正确且稳定的供应商质量结果，以实现供应商运营和现场质量表现。 3 年度供应商审核： 3.1 主导"安百拓过程审核"或"核心竞争力审核"，完整审核需由寻源工程师支持。 3.2 审核后，将审核结果录入SCP（供应商协作平台）和M3系统，并跟踪整改行动计划。 4 初始样品管理： 4.1 根据图纸、规格及安百拓初始样品流程要求，负责在供应商现场进行初始样品质量验证。 4.2 根据采购零件批准流程（SPA）要求，依据安百拓要求制定质量控制文件。 5 量产质量管理： 5.1 通过使用"供应商协作平台"定期监控供应商质量数据及表现。 5.2 定期监控供应商端安百拓零部件的质量影响因素（5M1H：人、机、料、法、测、环）状态。 5.3 处理来料质量控制（IQC）及客户现场提出的索赔，必要时申请让步接收。 5.4 根据问题的严重程度，主导供应商端根本原因分析（使用质量工具如8D、纠正措施报告CAR等）。 5.5 对未能达到质量绩效指标（QPI）目标的供应商，主导供应商质量开发流程（SQDP）。 5.6 推动预防措施，以使供应商在安百拓生产及客户现场实现正确、稳定的质量表现。 6 持续改进： 6.1 基于对供应商生产过程及关键控制点的充分理解，识别改进机会，或针对发现的缺陷作出响应。 6.2 在供应商端，针对发现的改进机会发起并实施持续质量改进活动。 7 其他： 7.1 与接口部门合作，处理来自其他部门的供应商质量相关问题。 任职资格 教育背景： 大学本科及以上学历，机械工程或相关技术专业。 技能/知识/经验： 1 3~5年及以上供应商质量工程师或质量相关领域工作经验。具有生产/生产技术经验。 2 具有动力总成/电动或液压、工程机械行业或同等行业的技术背景者优先。 3 了解质量管理体系（ISO 9000 / IATF16949）。 4 良好的问题解决能力，熟练掌握质量工具（如8D、5W1H分析法、持续改进）的实践。 5 具备结构化解决问题的能力。 6 良好的技术和分析能力，在供应商制造过程方面有丰富经验。 7 具有较强的驱动力、领导力以及发展和改进供应商基础的能力。 8 良好的执行力，积极的态度，果断，强烈的结果导向。 9 良好的沟通（口头和书面）及社交能力。
