Requirements:
3+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master working in Agile framework
Experience facilitating Scrum process across multiple teams
Must have worked as an Business Analyst or Scrum Master in Software Development, Cloud, or Data Engineering and have a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle process
Agile coaching experience
Experience working in AWS environments
Responsibilities:
Guide and coach cross-functional teams to excellence
Facilitate team meetings and scrum ceremonies
Protect the team from distractions and interruptions
Responsible for collaborating with other Agilists and Scrum Masters to maintain established portfolio level Jira guidelines
Coaching and servant leadership as a Scrum Master for multiple product teams within a portfolio or system
