Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Weekend overtime available as needed.

Trillium Foods is looking for a full-time Quality Control Technician to join our 1st Shift team!
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role preferred.
- Previous experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment preferred.
- Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety principles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
What You’ll Do
- Perform product cuttings and quality evaluations.
- Conduct line clearances and production line inspections to ensure food safety and product quality.
- Sample and inspect raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products to verify compliance with product specifications.
- Review incoming labels and packaging materials before release to production.
- Enter and maintain quality records in the company’s ERP system.
- Perform laboratory testing following established procedures.
- Conduct environmental and pathogen swabbing as required.
- Perform ATP swabbing following sanitation (CIP) processes.
- Calibrate laboratory equipment, including pH meters, refractometers, thermometers, scales, and ATP meters.
- Monitor production operations to ensure compliance with GMPs and food safety requirements.
- Assist with internal audits, customer audits, and third-party audits.
- Collect, retain, and ship product samples as required.
- Support food safety, HACCP, and quality initiatives.
- Assist with employee training as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform other quality-related duties assigned by the QA Manager.
