Dove Healthcare – Superior is seeking an experienced, healthcare professional to become our next Director of Quality Assurance.
As the Director of Quality Assurance, you will work with our interdisciplinary team to establish, lead, and support our quality and compliance initiatives.
In addition, as the Director of Quality Assurance, you will:
establish best practices based on state and federal regulations
review / update current policies and practices to ensure on quality outcomes
complete department assessments to identify opportunities for improvement
collaborate with other Dove Healthcare locations to ensure best practices throughout the organization.
analyze resident clinical data to identify opportunities for improvement
lead and implement performance improvement projects
prepare monthly data outcomes reports.
serve as facility compliance officer
coordinate and lead training and education regarding quality improvement initiatives and compliance.
serve a chair of multiple facility committees
measure and monitor resident satisfaction
lead the development of a comprehensive customer service program
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare related field
Registered Nurse or licensed nursing home administrators with 2-5 years experience encouraged to apply
thorough knowledge and understanding of State and Federal skilled nursing facility regulations
strong leadership, creativity, integrity, initiative, and organization
effective problem solving and communication skills
