Position Description
The End of Line Test Technician provides high quality and reliable products and services in accordance with our published specifications to fully satisfy the needs of our customers. Recognize the ‘Voice of the Customer’ in everything we do by contributing to a proactive and preventive quality improvement culture, underpinned by the spirit of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Follow Test Procedures and give feedback for amendments where required
Troubleshooting
Contribute to risk assessments and health and safety investigations.
Assist Technical Support with site visits as periodically required
Carry out customer end of line witness tests / assist with noise tests
Involvement in quality investigations and structured problem solving using tools and methodologies for problems identified by external customer complaints and internal concerns. Engaging other departments in problem solving investigations.
Undertaking all aspects of testing requirements, specifically:
Pressure Test, Evacuation and Charging
Refrigeration performance testing
Electrical component testing
Mechanical/ electrical installations
Testing design TD at required water flows and pressure drops
Required Education & Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Refrigeration/HVAC qualification would be an advantage.
