RESPONSIBILITIES
Sterile load building and breaking down
Building sterile load paperwork
Reviewing sterile load paperwork
Post sterilization inspection as needed
Printing out shipping labels for sterile load and or lab samples
Entering data into sterile load spreadsheets
Cap checks
Label reconciliation
Creating sample submission forms using third party lab online portal
Checking lab samples submission forms for accuracy using set specifications from specifications sheets
Send in-process and finished product samples to third party lab
Entering controlled substance samples sent to lab into spreadsheet
Save retain samples in house
Entering retain data into spreadsheet
Saving lab results and entering data into spreadsheet
Escalate OOS results to leadership
Environmental monitoring sampling
Counting environmental monitoring plates
Checking temperatures on incubators and preforming monthly clean
Liquid Injectable AQL sampling
Pellet AQL sampling
Cleanroom Temperature/ Pressure/ Humidity Data Collection
Sampling granulation
Gowning in personal protective equipment (PPE) to go inside of the cleanrooms
Paperwork verification
Destruction of scrapped product
Deviation ownership for QC processes
Final batch release verification
