Job Summary
Serve as test lead for large-scale projects and programs
Define and implement testing practices and standards across teams
Ensure traceability between business requirements, technical specifications, and test cases
Drive and build test automation frameworks (using AccelQ, Selenium, etc.)
Perform manual testing, including writing and executing test cases
Develop test plans, create testing schedules, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Lead and coordinate testing activities, particularly within Salesforce environments
Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, often across multiple teams
Preferred: Experience in insurance or financial services domains
