Duties/Responsibilities:
Monitor, maintain and respond to call center inquiries, texts and help desk tickets related to planograms (POG) and store inventory.
Provide and enforce controls over POG creation and updates and recognize inventory impacts.
Build and execute all POGs.
Partner with other departments on projects and implement timelines.
Monitor and maintain POG updates and removals for store closings.
Analyze ad-hoc reports from Tableau.

The gross hourly pay is $24.04.
Experience/Qualifications:
Strong Excel skills with intermediate proficiency is required.
Planogram experience is required.
Excellent customer service skills.
Self-starter, critical thinker, organized, detail orientated and strong time management skills.
Ability to analyze data.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
