Job Summary

Responsible for providing administrative support to the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams across the Malaysia and Australia offices.

Key Responsibilities

The Quality Administrator provides essential support to onshore and offshore Project Quality Teams by managing administrative tasks and ensuring efficient document control. Key responsibilities include:

Formatting project Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) in accordance with the GDos Excel Template.

Preparing, distributing, and maintaining records of meeting minutes through ACC.

Developing and formatting presentations, Management Plans, and other project-related documents.

Compiling and publishing quality and completions progress reports in line with project reporting guidelines.

Managing document filing, record-keeping, and archiving to ensure compliance with project and company requirements.

Auditing project records management processes and providing recommendations for improvements.

This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in document management systems, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and time zones.

Qualifications

Minimum diploma with relevant work experience or a degree, preferably in an Engineering field.

Fresh graduates with an Engineering degree are encouraged to apply

Skills & Abilities

Strong time management and workload prioritisation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritise tasks, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple ad-hoc requests.

Excellent coordination skills to ensure timely and high-quality document preparation.

Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders.

Expected Minimum Years Of Experience

More 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
