In this pivotal role within Aker’s Asset Integrity Management team, you will manage advanced inspection plans and mentor fellow technicians. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough inspections, maintaining inspection equipment, and consulting on technical challenges encountered by operating plants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute advanced NDT inspection activities
• Provide guidance on new NDT technologies
• Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment
• Produce comprehensive inspection reports
• Forecast future NDT projects and manpower needs
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or related experience
• Minimum seven years of inspection technician experience
• Level II NDT certification (ET, RT, UT)
• Training in PAUT and TOFD methods
• Mandatory safety training completion
