Role Overview
We are seeking an AI QA Orchestrator with 2–3 years of experience to bridge the gap between client intent and technical delivery. You will be responsible for leading our quality assurance efforts by leveraging AI-powered systems to ensure our scalable software solutions, ranging from healthcare platforms to digital memorials, meet the highest standards of reliability.
In addition to managing active production cycles, you will play a key role in refining our internal QA roadmap and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- AI-Driven Automation: Master and manage BlinqIO to create self-healing, automated test suites for web and mobile applications.
- Requirement Orchestration: Convert complex client communications (Email, WhatsApp, Loom) into structured, 10-point "Definition of Done" tickets in the issue-tracking tool.
- Shift-Left Strategy: Implement "Gatekeeper" logic by writing test scenarios before development begins and performing AI-assisted API verification using Postman.
- Gap Analysis: Conduct deep-dive comparisons between finished features and original requests to identify missing logic or edge cases.
- Security & Logic Auditing: Use LLMs (Claude 3.5, GPT-4o) to generate security vulnerability reports and logic error checks for API endpoints.
- Quality Reporting: Lead the "Final Sign-off" for development tasks and generate weekly "Quality Pulse" reports for leadership.

- Requirement Analysis: Claude 3.5 Sonnet, ChatGPT-4o, Gemini
- API Testing: Postman & AI-generated test cases
- Documentation & Communication: Google Docs, Google Chat, and Missive
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2–3 years in software testing or QA orchestration.
- Prompt Engineering: Advanced proficiency in "Chain of Thought" prompting for complex logic and bug mitigation.
- Testing Logic: Strong understanding of the Testing Pyramid and Generative AI fundamentals.
- Technical Writing: Ability to transform messy client feedback into professional technical specifications.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to provide "AI-Suggested Fixes" alongside bug reports to assist the engineering team.
