As an AI English Content Quality Evaluator, you will play a key role in assessing the quality of pure English content generated as part of an AI project. Your evaluations will directly influence content standards, helping ensure accuracy, coherence, and overall quality across long-form text. You’ll work closely with a global project team, aligning your working hours with the China time zone to ensure smooth collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the quality of English-language content, with a particular focus on long-text evaluation
- Assess content across multiple dimensions, including accuracy, coherence, tone, and overall readability
- Apply consistent, structured evaluation criteria in line with project guidelines
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to support continuous content improvement
- Collaborate closely with the broader project team to align on evaluation standards and expectations
- Maintain full-time availability aligned with China working hours to support real-time collaboration
What We’re Looking For
- C1/C2 English speaker — this is essential for the role
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; degrees in humanities or social sciences are preferred
- Experience: Prior experience in long-text evaluation is required
- Availability: Full-time, with the ability to align working hours with the China time zone
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in language quality
- Ability to apply evaluation criteria consistently and objectively
