This full-time role directly reports to the Technical Director and highlights strong attention to detail, judgment, and organizational skills. You will manage audits, update reports, and facilitate customer communications regarding aircraft records. Your work will ensure the highest levels of operational safety and efficiency across aviation platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately maintain aircraft records as required
• Conduct comprehensive technical records audits
• Create and modify work scopes for aircraft leases
• Keep track of compliance reports and document organization
• Assist in the import/export documentation process
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance or auditing
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and similar tools
• Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven records auditing experience
