We are seeking a QA Engineer specializing in contact center technologies to validate and optimize our customer experience platforms. In this role, you will focus on testing Amazon Connect cloud contact center solutions, verifying complex IVR call flows, and supporting integrations or migrations from legacy environments like Genesys. This is a consulting job and the client is one of the leading banks in Canada.

This is a Hybrid role with 2 days per week working in office at Toronto for candidates who located in GTA. Fully remote for candidates who is outside of GTA but working in Toronto Timezone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact Center Testing: Design and execute functional, regression, and end-to-end test cases for Amazon Connect contact flows, routing profiles, and queues.
  • IVR Validation: Validate Interactive Voice Response (IVR) logic, speech recognition, and telecom routing behavior to ensure seamless user journeys.
  • Migration Support: Assist in verifying the migration of legacy contact center logic (e.g., Genesys) into modern Amazon Connect architectures.
  • Integration Testing: Test omni-channel capabilities (voice, chat) and integrations with backend APIs, lambdas, and CRM platforms.

Requirements

  • Core Expertise: 3+ years of QA experience specifically testing Amazon Connect configurations and contact flows.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong background in contact center platforms, specifically Genesys and traditional IVR systems.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with call flow mapping, telephony protocols, and contact center KPIs.
  • Asset: Familiarity with contact center automated testing tools (e.g., Cyara) or AWS cloud ecosystems is a plus.
