Job Summary
Starting at : 15.00 per hour (plus commissions and bonuses)
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Car Wash Quality Control Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a keen eye for detail. The job of a Car Wash Quality Control Expert is making sure you inspect vehicles after they have been cleaned. Ensuring the quality of each vehicle is cleaned to our standard. Keeping the surrounding detail area neat, cleaned, and organized as well as driving customers cars off the conveyor belt to aftercare area. As well as helping to keep the car wash tunnel clean.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their car wash needs.
Clean and detail the interior of vehicles, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area, including custodial duties as needed.
Drive vehicles safely within the facility during wash processes.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Ensuring all customers leave happy with the quality and service we provide.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Familiarity with car wash operations, detailing techniques, and equipment is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality results consistently.
Ability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
