Overview:
AQS is an electronics manufacturing company headquartered in Silicon Valley with 30 years of experience in manufacturing high quality electronics. We offer services including PCBA, box build manufacturing, custom design modification, testing, and global cost-effective shipping. As a contract manufacturer, we work with a wide variety of different and interesting products. Key Responsibilities:
· Provide overall quality supervision to production, this can include but it not limited to issues with material, processes, and work environment
· Generate quality documentation to support production (checklists, training documents, corrective action reports)
· Train quality inspectors on inspection procedures and content
· Generate reports on non-conforming material, communicate with supply chain to conduct root cause analysis and disposition non-conforming material
· Review incoming RMAs and generate RMA reports with the support of production
· Support document control
· Analyze production quality data and give suggestions on areas where improvement is needed
Qualifications:
· 6 months+ of quality experience preferred
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering (helpful but not required)

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Flexibility in your role
· Basic knowledge of electronic assemblies and PCBAs is a plus, but not required
Schedule:
Working hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM every Monday-Friday (40 hours per week), can be flexible based on needs
