Core Responsibilities
Compliance & Training: Lead training sessions, emphasizing the significance of IPC-610 compliance, and guide the team in following best practices.
Product Leadership: Assure all products are made according to our rigorous standards, review records, and foster product introductions seamlessly.
Change Management Expertise: Handle Engineering Change Notifications effectively, ensuring smooth transitions in production.
Collaboration & Problem Solving: Work closely with various departments to identify and rectify root cause issues with innovative solutions.
Supplier Quality Oversight: Engage with suppliers to resolve quality issues and uphold superior standards.
Quality Assurance Inspection: Develop inspection plans and ensure robust quality checks are in place.
Data-Driven Customer Engagement: Build strong customer relationships through data insights and presentations.
Fast-paced Response: Tackle any quality hiccups on the production floor efficiently, driving corrective measures.
Qualifications to Drive Success
Innovative mindset with a commitment to quality engineering.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
IPC-A-610/J-STD-001 certified preferred.
Background in science or engineering fields or considerable relevant experience.
Hands-on knowledge of AOI, Mydata, and related processes.
Strong skills in MS Office and Visio applications.
CQE certification could be a differentiator.
