- Craft comprehensive test plans that ensure rigorous testing of our software products.
- Identify, document, and replicate reported issues for effective resolution.
- Collaborate with customer service to swiftly pinpoint bugs and enhance user experience.
- Update internal documentation consistently, ensuring it reflects the latest updates and changes.
- Report performance issues and work towards enhancing the overall user experience.
- Actively participate in company-led improvement programs and initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any four year course;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Detail oriented;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Familiar with using apps on mobile and web;
- Strong customer service orientation, assertiveness, and confidence.
- Openness to learn and adapt to new software testing methodologies, including automation testing with Appium.
