Job Overview
Multiple positions avail for qualified Airport Owners Rep positions ranging from Quality Manager, Architecture, Cost Engineer, Project Manager, QC Manager and senior Schedular responsible for overseeing the daily operations and projects of the airport, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to analyze operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The Airport Manager will work closely with various stakeholders, including government agencies, airlines, and airport staff, to ensure a seamless travel experience for all passengers.
Duties
Manage all airport operations, including passenger services, ground handling, and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, TSA security requirements, and other applicable federal and state laws.
Oversee quality assurance programs to maintain ISO 13485 standards and ensure adherence to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices).
Conduct regular quality audits and assessments of airport facilities and services.
Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and service delivery.
Collaborate with airlines and service providers to enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement policies and procedures related to airport operations.
Coordinate emergency response plans and safety drills in compliance with FAA guidelines.
Maintain effective communication with airport staff, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in airport management or a similar role within the aviation industry.
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, FDA regulations, quality management systems (QMS), and ISO 13485 standards.
Experience with quality assurance (QA/QC) processes and conducting quality audits.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to fabricate solutions based on operational data analysis.
Strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Familiarity with CGMP standards is a plus.

Pay: $103,353.00 – $202,533.00 per year
