The Architecture QA/QC Site Inspector will assist the Site Architect in ensuring quality control on-site by conducting inspections, reviewing contractor work, and maintaining project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform architectural inspections to ensure compliance with construction contracts and quality standards.
Assist with site documentation, including schedules, and inspection records.
Help track and manage inspection requests, coordinating with contractors and other teams.
Participate in daily inspections and maintain accurate records of site activities.
Assist with snagging and de-snagging tasks at project handover, ensuring all work meets quality standards.
Record and report any non-conformance issues, helping to resolve them with contractors.
Attend site meetings as needed, supporting QA/QC and project progress discussions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Diploma or certification in Engineering/Architecture or related field.
3-5 years of site inspection experience, preferably in the Middle East.
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Aconex, Bluebeam, AutoCAD).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Should have their own visa.
Competencies:
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a team and stay organized.
Proactive in reporting and resolving site issues.
