Responsibilities
Support company goals and adhere to policies, procedures, GMP, and FDA regulations including compliance with ISO 13485 standards.
Follow SOPs, DOPs, and safety standards; maintain professional relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Communicate effectively, pay meticulous attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
Learn and operate new equipment and processes proficiently.
Read and interpret manufacturing documents, engineering drawings, and inspection procedures in English.
Ensure accuracy and quality in all work performed.
Practice safety at all times.
Qualifications
High School Diploma preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in medical device assembly preferred.
Experience in FDA/GMP/ISO environments is a plus.
Ability to apply Quality System Regulations, use hand tools, operate equipment, and interpret technical documents.
Strong teamwork, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Pay Rate: $21.50+ per hour
Shift: Weekend Swing (Fri-Sun, 5:00pm – 5:30am), with training on 1st shift
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Lab, Clean Room, and Warehouse environments; well-lit, ventilated, with normal noise levels.
Requires standing, walking, sitting, handling, reaching, climbing, and occasional lifting up to 40 pounds. Use of PPE as required.
