Salary: £26k – £27k
Shifts:
Monday – Thursday 8 am-5 pm, Friday 8 am-12noon
Key Responsibilities:
Mark components and assemblies using methods such as ink marking and laser engraving, adhering to drawing requirements.
Pack and prepare parts for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling, marking, and documentation.
Interpret assembly drawings and work instructions to identify part numbers, specifications, and finishes.
Perform quality checks and ensure
product traceability
by assigning serial numbers as required.
Conduct self-inspection and
quality assurance
of completed tasks.
Skills & Experience:
Basic production packing experience in a similar environment.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
Familiarity with Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Experience using hand tools and gauges.
Basic administration and computer skills.
