Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications
Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in product quality and manufacturing processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
Participate in the development of new products, ensuring quality standards are met
Provide technical support and guidance to production teams
Conduct audits to assess compliance with quality standards and regulations
Develop and maintain documentation related to quality control processes
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in quality engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools
Proficient in using logic controllers, Quantum engineering, Plastics injection molding, CAM programming, CAD, Robotics, and other relevant software or equipment
Experience with continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Six Sigma is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
