Job Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining the quality management system for a large variety of dairy products
Assist in the preparation of second and third party audits
Assist in performing internal audits and collaborate with responsible departments for follow up
Assist in reviewing product labels to ensure compliance with food labelling laws in Hong Kong
Understand the current food regulations and the regulatory requirements for raw materials and finished products
Work closely with QA department to support ad hoc / special projects in product quality and safety aspects
Requirement
2 – 3 years working experience in product compliance / quality assurance
High Diploma or above in Food Science or relevant disciplines
Preferred experience in food manufacturing industry
Knowledge in ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP
Strong work ethics and integrity
Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills
Proficient in written and verbal English and Chinese
Immediate available is highly preferred
