We are seeking an Assistant Front Desk Manager for the upcoming season to join our Front Desk team. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing authentic, luxury experiences in world-renowned destinations to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence, and curiosity. He/she is enthusiastic about service and eager to grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting guests and ensuring efficient and friendly check-in and check-out processes

Rooming guests and answering inquiries about the hotel and local area

Organizing special requests and liaising with all hotel departments to ensure high service standards

Implementing Leading Quality Assurance and Belmond Standards

Supporting, training, and supervising front office staff

Supervising workload during shifts and maintaining communication with all departments

Ensuring accurate room status information and resolving guest issues promptly and courteously

Conducting regular meetings with the front office team and reviewing daily reports

Ensuring the implementation of hotel policies and house rules

Operating front office computer systems and ensuring timely responses to messages and emails

Maintaining an organized filing system with all documentation

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in the same role in luxury hotels

Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure

Fluent in Italian and English. A third Language is required

High standards of service

Knowledge of Microsoft Office package and major hotel operating systems

Good communication skills

Seasonal labor contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo – Level 3

Start date: March 2025. End date: November 2025, with the aim of continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path

Salary as per CCNL plus an increase based on seniority and skill level, separate payslip for 13th, 14th, and TFR

Accommodation in our staff house, including breakfast and access to the staff canteen
