What you will do?

Purpose:

This role is responsible for coordinating facilities and administrative operations across the South Region, including travel arrangements, road and air transportation, hotel accommodations, employee facilitation, government liaison, invoice and expense management, and infrastructure upkeep. The incumbent will support the Regional Sales team in day-to-day operational requirements while also assisting in the implementation and coordination of Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end facilities and administrative operations for the assigned region, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of office premises, infrastructure, vehicles, and company assets.
  • Serve as the focal point for the regional office, coordinating with internal stakeholders to address operational requirements and maintain an efficient, productive workplace environment.
  • Oversee facility maintenance, housekeeping, janitorial services, workplace hygiene, space utilization, and vendor performance through effective service monitoring and SLA management.
  • Coordinate travel and logistics arrangements, including air ticketing, hotel reservations, guest facilitation, and administrative support services for employees and visitors.
  • Liaise with government institutions, regulatory authorities, public and private sector organizations, and industry bodies to ensure compliance, approvals, documentation, and smooth business operations.
  • Manage administrative budgets, contracts, rental agreements, purchase requisitions (SAP), petty cash, invoice verification, and timely payments while ensuring proper record management and reporting.
  • Support Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) initiatives by promoting workplace safety, ensuring compliance with HSE policies, maintaining emergency and first-aid readiness, and serving as a key regional safety contact.
  • Supervise administrative staff, attendance management, audit coordination, reporting activities, and special projects while ensuring administrative discipline, operational excellence, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Education: Bachelors/Master’s in business administration or relevant/Similar qualification from HEC recognized institution.

Experience and Knowledge: : 4-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing concern.
