Graduate/post graduate in any discipline with:
12+ years of overall experience & proven track record in Business Transformation & Continuous Improvement
Strong team management skills & exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Experience should include managing engagements related to end-to-end transformation projects/continuous improvement projects
PMP, Six Sigma, Process Mining or other relevant certifications preferred
Understanding of current and emerging technologies and familiarity with agile project management methodologies is desirable
