Primary Responsibilities:
You will
Report to the Head of AMDC to lead AMDC’s (Advanced Manufacturing Design Centre) quality assurance aspect.
Support ST Engineering Aerospace quality management system and quality plan
Production Quality for AMDC
Manage Production Organisation Approval activities
Manage non-compliance process and perform defect trending
Leading inspection plans
Verify that inspection steps are inserted in the manufacturing documentation.
Verify that calibration status of Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment (IMTE) is maintained.
Verify conformity of jigs and tooling where applicable.
Co-ordinate non-conformity report with Design Organisation and ensure timely closure.
Other quality related tasks assigned by the Head of AMDC.
Concurrent assignment
You may be assigned by the Head of AMDC for other tasks to support project management and business development
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering
At least 5 years of relevant experience, particularly with experience in manufacturing and special processes audit
AS9100 certified auditor
Possess knowledge in aircraft structure parts, components, hardware, consumables or manufacturing process
Possess basic knowledge of airworthiness requirement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Part 21 sub-part J/G knowledge /Additive Manufacturing related knowledge / project management experience is added advantage.
