Job Description
• Quality Monitoring:
– Assist in the monitoring of transactions to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct regular audits and evaluations of transactional processes. Along with Ops Managers, conduct RCAs & define CPAs to mitigate slippage of errors .Drive ‘Reduction in Customer Comebacks.
• Data Analysis:
– Analyze transaction data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and present findings to management.
•
Process Improvement
:
– Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
to implement enhancements in transactional processes.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of
quality assurance
methodologies.
• Training Support:
– Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on quality-related inquiries.
• Compliance Assurance:
Ensure that all transactional quality processes comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
Any Graduate/PG/MBA.
• Minimum 2 Years of Work Experience in Travel
Quality Assurance
within a TMC or Corporate travel company
• Familiarity with quality management tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is a plus.
• Strong
analytical skills
and
attention to detail
.
• Excellent
communication
and interpersonal skills.
GDS – Sabre & Amadeus knowledge.
IATA Certification / Diploma in travel preferred
Experience of
working with or for a Global Travel Management company (TMC)
Understanding of Corporate travel nuances
Understanding of complex ticketing logics
Has experience in managing TMC Back end processes. Fulfillment of Air, Hotel, Queue Management
Good verbal and written
communication skills
.
Understand and abide by the importance of discipline, punctuality & protocol
Flexible with shifts – 24X7 Set up
Real Time Monitoring and allocation of work
Monitor production hours, clearance, SLA etc
