Job Description / Responsibility
Production Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize production schedules based on order requirements.
- Ensure timely execution of production plans to meet delivery deadlines.
- Monitor daily production targets and take corrective actions if needed.
- Coordinate with cutting, sewing, finishing, and other relevant departments.
- Ensure proper manpower allocation and line balancing for optimal efficiency.
- Maintain updated reports on production performance (output, downtime, efficiency, etc.).
- Ensure smooth workflow and minimize bottlenecks in the production process.
Quality Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor quality standards across all production stages.
- Conduct in-line and end-line inspections and ensure necessary corrective actions.
- Train operators and supervisors on quality procedures and defect prevention.
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team for audits and buyer inspections.
- Identify quality issues and develop root cause analysis and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, company SOPs, and AQL standards.
Educational Requirements
- Educational qualification is SSC with at least 10 years practical experience in any 100% export oriented composite textile mills
