We are looking for a Quality Assurance Assistant Manager for our client, a company operating in the chemical industry, for whom we provide consultancy services.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a related university.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Chemical, Packaging, or FMCG manufacturing sectors.

At least 5 years of experience with Quality Management Systems.

Possession of internal auditor certifications.

Knowledge of quality documentation and practices, with the ability to follow and implement new developments.

Strong sense of discipline and responsibility, with excellent interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

In-depth knowledge of GMP Hygiene practices. (Good Manufacturing Practices)

Strong planning, reporting, analytical, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate technical concepts fluently.

Completion of military service.

Residing in or willing to relocate to the European side of Istanbul.

Job description

Ensure implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, BRC, GMP, and SEDEX Integrated Management Systems across the organization, and lead related audits.

Oversee the quality system and product quality across all stages of the supply chain—from raw material to end consumer—and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.

Develop solutions for potential quality issues encountered during product consumption and manage related improvement processes.

Ensure all risk assessments from raw materials to finished products are conducted and kept up to date, in accordance with Product Safety, Legal Regulations, and Quality Standards.

Take an active role in internal audits and Management Review meetings.

Ensure that quality documentation is complete and current, and monitor the effective functioning of the quality management system.

Initiate corrective actions for identified non-conformities and take measures to prevent recurrence.

Support relevant departments in preparing documents such as procedures, instructions, plans, and workflows related to quality.

Organize and ensure timely delivery of planned quality management trainings.
