Establish maintained Integrated Management System in accordance with applicable IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 ISO 45001:2018 requirements.
Conducting MRM / Training / Internal Audit / Product Audit / Process Audit / Layout Inspection /MOM / Continual Improvement Activities.
Activities related to EMS OHSMS (Risk register, HIRA, Aspect Impact Register Emergency preparedness response).
Handling supplier development activities by audits, progress reviews and rejection analysis and up gradation through training subsequent monitoring.
Carrying out vendor performance rating based on quality for determining the effectiveness of the equipments keeping in view the Performance,
Creating updating quality tools like SPC, MSA, FMEA, and Control Plan. Plan External (Certification) audits ensure compliance is fulfilled against it.
Process Audits, Product Audit conducts as per schedule to fulfil Requirements
Preparation Review of Input to MRM (Management Review Meeting) along with Verification of the implementation of the MRM output.
