Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Denpasar for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at The Balé Nusa Dua. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high-quality food and beverage standards, and monitoring inventory levels. Additional responsibilities include hiring and training team members, addressing customer feedback, and collaborating with other departments to maintain seamless service and uphold the resort’s reputation for excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and a proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction.
- Experience with hiring, training, and leading a team effectively.
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with staff and guests.
- Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations, including menu planning and quality assurance.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- Proficiency in managing budgets, inventory, and supplier relationships is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a bonus.
- Experience in luxury hospitality and a dedication to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
