Monitor Contractors’ safety performance and participate actively in site safety management in highlighting to the relevant parties on immediate actions to be taken.
Follow up on all safety matters related to Design for Safety (DfS), WSH etc.
Conduct safety inspections including taking photos of unsafe acts and conditions and bringing to main contractor’s attention.
Issue and closely follow up on field observation notices including safety non-conformances notices and respond to site incident(s) in ensuring contractors carry out emergency response as required.
Conduct roving safety inspections, emergency & incident response and facts finding.
Provide daily safety inspection report to OIC.Lead and conduct monthly safety inspection of the Site and submit the report to Superintending Officer.
Organize and participate in regular Safety Site Walk and Inspection with client and stakeholders.
Submit monthly reports on safety indicators & trending analysis on monthly safety performance.
Report any accident/incident/near miss on site to the OIC and provide all necessary detailed information.
Conduct Inspections for precast elements.
