What You’ll Do:
Lead, mentor, and manage QA team members to ensure continuous quality and compliance excellence.
Oversee quality assurance operations including internal audits, external supplier audits, and regulatory inspections.
Drive the implementation and maintenance of quality systems aligned with GMP standards.
Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, QC, R&D, and Regulatory teams.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to elevate quality standards and processes.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a science-related field.
8+ years of QA or Compliance experience in a GMP-regulated environment (pharma or biopharma).
5+ years of experience supervising and developing quality staff (preferred).
5+ years of experience implementing, conducting, and managing Quality Assurance audits (preferred).
Strong working knowledge of quality systems, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
MasterControl experience is a plus.
ASQ CQA (Certified Quality Auditor) and/or ASQ MQOE (Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence) certifications are a plus.
