About the Role
A leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organization is seeking an Associate Director, Quality Validation & Sterility Assurance. This is a confidential, high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring quality compliance and supporting regulatory audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead validation and sterility assurance activities across manufacturing operations
- Act as a primary representative during regulatory audits and inspections
- Manage and develop a team of quality professionals (5–10 direct reports)
- Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards
- Partner cross-functionally to drive quality excellence and continuous improvement
- Promote a solution-oriented, compliant approach to quality decision-making
Qualifications
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical quality (sterile and/or non-sterile environments)
- Strong background in validation, quality systems, and audit support
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Ability to operate with confidence, professionalism, and strong presence
- Experience supporting regulatory inspections is highly preferred
- Relevant quality or audit certifications are an asset
Compensation
Compensation for this role is expected to reach up to approximately $168,000 CAD annually, with the final offer based on experience, skills, and overall qualifications.
