This position reports into Head of QA manager and is based at Latkrabang, Thailand.

What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities
Overall Responsibility
Leading plant quality assurance to ensure quality & compliance, relevant regulations, standard and validation are in place, and support supply chain on time.
Manage QC laboratory including Analytical Laboratory, Microbiological Laboratory, and Packaging Inspection Laboratory to ensure the quality of both incoming materials, in [1] process and finished goods.
Develop an effective Q&C organization support both manufacturing and quality system.
Improve productivity and work efficacy, including implementation of cost improvement program and reduce non-value-added activities to shorten the end-to-end supply chain.
Partner and collaborate with Technical, Operations, Supply chain, Regional and affiliate QA, and other business partners to achieve desired outcome.
Department budgets and other budget-related planning and control
Required-
Education-
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or related technical/scientific field
Begin knowledge of Quality Engineering/Scientific methods and techniques.
Fundamental technical understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes.
Professional Experience-
Over 7 years professional experience, including manufacturing, QC/QA, technical, project management and cost improvement.
Experience in bio-equivalence study of drug product business, chemical & polymer additives, and consumer FMCG industries.
Knowledge & Skills-
Leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Extensive knowledge in End-to-End supply chain and Quality Assurance of manufacturing process since Quality Control, Laboratory management, Process qualification, finished product assurance, and Quality System.
Strategic thinking and project management skills.
Analytical and fact-based decision making, including problem-solving skills.
Result oriented, able to work either independently or team to create and deliver value to business.
Knowledge of GLP, GMP, ISO9001, ISO17025, WWSP, QSPs and other Quality system.
ISO9001-2015 Lead Auditor Training Certified by Robere & Associate (Thailand).
