2. About the Opportunity:

The Associate Quality Analyst role is responsible for developing and maintaining test scenarios and suites to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of claims processing edits. This position supports system testing activities that directly impact the organization''s ability to deliver affordable and accurate healthcare services.

3. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement physician and facility claim scenarios to test updates and changes across various claim templates

• Maintain a comprehensive test suite for claims to facilitate efficient testing of edits

• Collaborate with business partners to identify and resolve defects

• Participate in cross-team meetings to address client requests

• Utilize Quality Assurance audit results to guide system development and testing

• Identify and contribute to process improvements

• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines

• Participate in training new hires and mentor support

• Support validation after system deployment

• Follow Software Development Lifecycle and agile methodologies

• Understand testing environments and establish test data strategies

• Adhere to compliance requirements including HIPAA and quality control guidelines

4. Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum 2 years of claims processing experience or equivalent knowledge

• At least 1 year of reimbursement policy experience

Preferred:

• Over 5 years of healthcare reimbursement experience

• At least 6 months of CES claim editing experience

• Minimum 2 years of user acceptance testing experience

• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills

• CPC or other coding certification

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary ranges from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment

• Compensation is influenced by factors including local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications

• Comprehensive benefits package including incentive programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions, subject to eligibility
