Join us as an Associate Quality Control Scheduling Coordinator at Millipore Sigma. This role is based in Milwaukee and involves managing QC sample workflows, coordinating sample handling, processing data, and supporting the QC team to ensure efficient operations.
Your Responsibilities include:
Managing QC sample workflow, documentation, and routing
Coordinating sample handling and testing schedules
Processing data and managing external testing vendors
Establishing priorities within QC workflows
Providing support and responding to internal and external requests
Facilitating communication within the team
Training new hires and updating SOPs
Utilizing SAP for transactions and maintaining positive relationships
Handling ad-hoc tasks and ensuring safety and compliance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or Business
Knowledge of chemical handling, organization, database management, and MS Office
Understanding of Data Integrity principles
