Responsible for product quality support across device returns, issue management, reporting, and launch activities. The role works closely with Product, Software, Technical Service, Compliance, and Call Centre teams to ensure fast issue resolution, regulatory compliance, and strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Product Triage Analysis

  • Log returned devices in QIT and perform initial product triage, including software logging, basic hardware checks, and component swaps
  • Verify and log software and hardware failures, directly or via Service and TAM teams
  • Coordinate shipment of returned devices, samples, and components for further analysis

Issue Quality Management

  • Raise, track, and manage Change Requests (CRs) with Product and Software teams. Validate implemented software fixes and support new software releases
  • Draft, publish, and maintain Field Service Bulletins (FSBs), providing structured customer feedback on product quality issues

Reporting Analytics

  • Prepare internal TCRR performance reports and deliver tailored TCRR analysis for Sales and Service requests
  • Analyze product return trends, identify recurring issues, and escalate findings to Technical Service teams

Product Safety Compliance (PSC)

  • Perform initial assessment and detailed analysis of PSC cases
  • Prepare reports and coordinate device return to MASC or the customer

Call Centre Rework Support LaunchPlus Support

  • Act as technical point of contact for call centre queries, investigate escalations, and coordinate customer reworks with external partners, including instructions and logistics
  • Own assigned products within the LaunchPlus process, maintain LaunchPlus SharePoint pages, and provide regular status and progress updates

Skills Experience

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or other Technical disciplines — recent graduates are welcome
  • Being fluent in English and Polish languages
  • Strong interest in technology and consumer electronics (e.g. smartphones and connected devices)
  • Experience or exposure to product quality, technical support, or issue management, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, is a strong plus
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment, with clear communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset
