ALK has an opening for a full-time QC Specialist, located in our Luther, OK facility.
Work Assignments
The following is a list of specific duties, which are considered to be essential functions of this job. This list is not all-inclusive, and the employee who occupies this position is expected to assume any/all duties assigned by management, irrespective of whether such duties are specifically included in this list.
Implement the quality standards set by the company and by law
Release all products for inventory after review of bath records
Prepare and complete action plans and deviation reports
Develop quality assurance plans by identifying critical control points and preventative measures, establish critical limits, and monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification of procedures.
Monitor and assure all logs are maintained and archived properly
Investigate customer complaints
Validate critical equipment
Provide annual cGMP training and ensures cGMP standards are met within the company
Competences
Educational or Equivalent:
Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of related experience preferred
Knowledge/Skill:
Prior experience within a regulated industry and/or cGMP activities
Through knowledge and understanding of relevant processes and products at the company
Ability to execute validation protocols and adhere to accepted quality standards
Good oral, written, and listening communication skills
Legible handwriting
