Job Summary
Responsible for providing basic quality support to the division, including complaint investigation, resolution, and reporting. Assist with routine product evaluations, set basic quality standards for both in-process and finished product inspections, and support the QA team in product testing, documentation, and vendor qualification activities.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Investigate customer and sales force complaints, ensuring they are investigated accurately and closed within a reasonable timeframe.
Issue replacements, credits, or RGA’s as required for complaint resolution. Notify sales reps and customers regarding investigation results.
Run monthly or quarterly complaint trend reports per SOP.
Coordinate stock checks and rework of products as needed in response to complaints.
Identify appropriate actions to prevent further complaints. Initiate manufacturing and supplier corrective action reports and follow up to ensure implementation.
Coordinate or perform inspections of new products or products from new vendors at branches and factories.
Build and maintain product documentation (e.g., Device Master Records) in compliance with regulations to support Design Control and Risk Management activities.
Create and maintain inspection procedures.
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Math, or related technical field.
Experience in processing relevant details, understanding their importance, and drawing clear conclusions.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and track details to meet multiple project deadlines.
Problem-solving experience, overcoming obstacles, and reaching successful solutions through systematic methods.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Position may require up to 10% travel.

The salary range for this position is $68,640 – $99,320 annually, depending on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. The role is bonus/incentive eligible.
