What You’ll Do:
Conduct in-process and final quality inspections during manufacturing and assembly.
Inspect finished products for fitment, stability, mobility, ergonomics, and functionality.
Verify packaging, labeling, and dispatch readiness.
Prepare inspection reports, maintain quality records, and support audits.
Participate in root cause analysis, CAPA, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives.
Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to drive continuous quality improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
Diploma/bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Quality Inspection, preferably in:
Office Furniture Manufacturing
Ergonomic Chair Manufacturing
Mobility Products
Metal Fabrication & Assembly
Knowledge of QC tools, engineering drawings, ISO 9001, and measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Height Gauge, Torque Tools, Steel Scale, and Measuring Tape.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
