Who We Are Looking For

CCR builds and delivers innovative technology solutions and products for partners local and across the globe.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Product Validation Specialist to join our team and help bridge the gap between product concept and deployment. If you’re someone who thrives on building repeatable processes, translating ideas into real-world solutions, and documenting the journey along the way—we want to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll work hands-on with new and existing technologies, building use cases, validating functionality through testing, and ensuring our solutions are field-ready. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to bring clarity and quality to every stage of development, especially in telecom and networking-focused projects.

What You’ll Accomplish and Experience

Build, execute, and refine use cases for new product ideas and existing solution improvements.
Develop and run test plans to validate functionality, reliability, and performance.
Document findings, outcomes, and processes to support repeatable implementation and team-wide knowledge sharing.
Work closely with product managers and engineers to troubleshoot issues, suggest enhancements, and prepare solutions for launch.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to source components and evaluate prototypes.
Maintain quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Desirable Previous Experience

2+ years of hands-on experience in a product development, QA, or technical operations role.
Proven ability to design and test use cases across hardware and software environments.
Strong documentation habits—comfortable creating step-by-step guides, test logs, and process documentation.
Familiarity with networking, telecommunications, or IoT solutions is a plus.
Able to work both independently and cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
Detail-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
