Our client, a leading Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical company, is seeking a motivated
** Associate Scientist II
** to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a science graduate looking to gain hands‑on experience in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. As an Associate Scientist II, you will be part of the Stability/Quality Operations Department, supporting cross‑functional scientific and quality teams. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and eager to grow professionally within the organization.

** Pay Range:*
* $26.00 per hour
** What’s the Job?*
* + Author, review, organize, and track technical documentation including protocols, reports, spreadsheets, and certificates of analysis
+ Develop and execute stability work plans and schedules independently to meet internal and customer timelines
+ Perform parallel and technical reviews of documentation to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and regulatory compliance
+ Maintain documentation in compliance with cGMP guidelines, site SOPs, and regulatory standards
+ Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
** What’s Needed?*
* + Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or Physical Sciences (
** recent graduates are encouraged to apply** )
+ High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
+ Strong organizational skills with solid scientific and mathematical reasoning abilities
+ Detail‑oriented mindset and willingness to learn regulated quality processes
